Clockwork Lovers

Three years after the revolution brought down the royal dynasty, Princess Rien, who had been imprisoned underground, is forced into a political marriage with Lysian, the Duke of Roche Noir, by order of the Emperor of the Empire. Whenever the stigma imposed by others turns against her, Rien retreats into the abyss she created within herself. Yet, through the love and solidarity she finds with him, she comes face-to-face with her true self and finally realizes the truth: Promises and trust are stronger than fate, and they were each other’s most brilliant return—two souls who had walked beneath the same stars all along.
